Our Commitment to Quality

At Tri Zone Advertising LLC, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your order due to a production error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligible for Refund or Reprint

  • Products with printing defects (color shifts, banding, streaking)
  • Products damaged during delivery
  • Products that significantly differ from the approved proof
  • Wrong product delivered

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork (spelling, colors, images)
  • Change of mind after production has commenced
  • Minor color variations (within 10% of proof colors)
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@trizoneadvertising.ae or WhatsApp +971 54 247 9918. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 24 hours.

Resolution Process

Upon verification of a valid claim, we will offer either a free reprint of the affected items or a full/partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
