1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or requesting a quote with Tri Zone Advertising LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Orders & Quotations

All prices quoted are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit. Tri Zone Advertising LLC reserves the right to decline any order.

3. Artwork & Design

Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork is correct before approving for print. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

4. Production & Delivery

Delivery timelines begin from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation. Timelines stated are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the right to use all content in their artwork. Tri Zone Advertising LLC is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement in customer-supplied designs.

6. Payment

Payment is required before production unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
